$15,714,286?! NOW GET OUT!
With the baseball rosters expanding and the need of players WHO CAN CONTRIBUTE, the Yankees moved Kevin Brown from the 15 day DL to the 60 day DL, thus ending his season, his Yankee and maybe even his major league career.
Now, you never want to see a guy leave under these terms, but Kevin don't let the door knob hit you on the way out. This move ends a superb Yankee career that started with the casting off of Jeff Weaver (the only Dodger pitcher with an above .500 record) and fire-armed reliever Yhency Brazoban. Brazoban's era might not be great, but if that arm was setting up Mo right now as opposed to Evil Villain Embree and Tumbling Sturtze, I don't even want to think about it, I'm getting aggravated.
Brown's other Yankee highlights: a parasite, a broken hand, SUCKING, SUCKING and some more SUCKING. Seriously, $15,714,286.
Worst Yankee, EVER!
